New Life

So.. I sarted my new program..
And I got absolutely nothing accomplished today..
I really don't have time to have a day go by and accomplish nothing, but it's harder to stop than it would seem -- for me at least..

There are three others in my cohort. I like the department - it is pretty congenial.. Our cohort size also feels good.. It is small, but not tiny, and definitely not too big..

Well.. this is just to check in -- I can imagine that new postings on this blog will be pretty sparse, but who knows.. I might find something interesting to link to or say more often than I might think..

On that note, I must say, that I have been enjoying myspace quite a bit over the last six months or so.. Because of the restricted member/reader-ship (you can restrict blogs to be read only by friends) it feels a little easier to relax while posting.. Yahoo 360 is also promising.. but still too new.. Between all of them (friendster included), I can dabble my time away, but they are also all avenues to contact me or check in to see what's going down.. That's not to say I'll post there any more than here.. It's just to say that my sense of where to place what information and news is beginning to become hazy..
